MINI FLAG FOOTBALL (AGES 4-5)

Mini Flag Football is a great way to introduce girls and boys to team sports in a caring atmosphere. At the Y, children develop confidence in themselves and in others when they play on a team. Join us on Tuesday and Thursday nights to celebrate family and burn off some extra energy. Offered each spring.

MINI SOCCER (AGES 4-5)

YMCA Mini-Soccer is an introductory level of soccer played in order to introduce pre-school and kindergarten-aged children to organized youth sports while teaching the basic fundamentals of soccer. The program is for youth ages 4 to 5 years old (as of August 1, 2015). This program is not only great for children learning a new game, but also for new families meeting and fellowshipping with other families in the community. Games will start on September 8th. It’s never too early to build a strong foundation for the future!

MINI T-BALL (AGES 4-6)

Our preschool sports programs are designed to introduce young athletes (4-6 year olds) to the basics of their respective sports through games and drills. The greatest thing about our preschool programs is they are designed to be fun! Kids learn to love the game by improving their skills, making new friends and competing with their teammates. Parents are encouraged to be a part of their child’s experience. Get your child in the game! Offered in the Spring.

4-ON-4 MINI BASKETBALL (AGES 4 AND 5)

The summer mini 4-on-4 basketball season offers an exciting, affordable opportunity for boys and girls ages 4 and 5 as well! Offered in the summer.

Registration Fee: $50 Members/ $120 Non-Members
Age grouping determined by child’s age as of May 1.

MINI-BASKETBALL (BOYS AND GIRLS, AGES 4 AND 5)

The mini basketball season offers an exciting, affordable opportunity for boys and girls ages 4 and 5 as well. YMCA Basketball leagues teach children the basics of the sport while they make new friends, stay active and learn new skills. We are commited to coaching with a focus on fair play, healthy competition and parent participation. Passing, shooting and defensive skills are strengthened while the importance of physical fitness and conditioning is stressed. Offered in the winter.
